The HB 120A Cylinder Heater Blanket helps maintain proper SF₆ gas vaporization during filling and recovery operations. As SF₆ is withdrawn from a cylinder, the liquid portion cools and can stop converting to gas. The HB 120A wraps around the lower portion of the cylinder and applies controlled heat to prevent freezing. An integrated thermostat prevents overheating, while Velcro® retention straps provide quick and secure installation. For faster gas removal, two heater blankets may be stacked on a single cylinder.
